It’s kind of crazy to watch the work taking place over at the future North Carolina Education Campus. This project is using an entire city block. To the best of my knowledge, it’s all office space which is kind of wild given the state of commercial real estate here in the year 2024. I’ll let you take that however you want.

Either way, it’s all just a hole in the ground now that the former NC Administration Building has been completely demolished and removed from the site. Publicly released renderings are still hard to find so this project is a bit of a mystery as to how it will look. Either way, the Community is keeping an eye on the progress here on Jones Street.
