Here’s a quick construction update on Solas, the multi-story restaurant/bar/lounge building being built next to Helios on Glenwood Ave. I’m glad that some steel and concrete can actually be seen in this spot. The empty lot seemed to just sit and rot for awhile before any work was done. It was such an eyesore to anyone walking by. I’ve mentioned Solas in a previous post.
