West Street near Glenwood South is unreal these days. The Smoky Hollow development is transforming this area. The pace is fantastic to watch!

The building along Peace (not in the photo) will open next year. This is the building with the Publix grocery store and apartments. I imagine opening of these new buildings might be in the year after, 2021.
