Last week the Downtown Raleigh Alliance released some data about downtown. WRAL has the information covered here:
Thirty-eight businesses opened, 92 residential units were created and 155,000-square-feet of office space not occupied a year ago were leased, the group said.
I expect those numbers only to rise over the next year.

Comments are disabled here. That's because we're all hanging out on the DTRaleigh Community, an online forum for passionate fans of the Oak City.
The reason that WRAL has that information covered is because the Downtown Raleigh Alliance did not send it all media outlets in the area.
Sadly, it’s once again proof that the DRA enjoys playing favorites in the media.
