Block A at Seaboard Station has really taken shape and I think once that final floor there is completed, the crane will come down. That’ll probably be before the end of the year if I had to bet. Pictured above is the latest project which includes a hotel (on the left) and apartments. (on the right)

The Hyatt House Raleigh Downtown says it is planned to open in Summer 2024. That’ll be nice to get those sidewalks open again and perhaps some street trees along Peace Street. I’m also hoping that throughout 2024, The Signal, located in the background of this photo, starts to get retail and restaurants opened up.
