The apartments over at The Alexan are starting to get some clothes on. The brick exterior is starting to be put in place at, what will be, Glenwood South’s newest apartment building. The approximately 180 homes here will keep adding to what is likely the densest residential area in the city.

I pass by this building a lot as I’m frequently using the bike lanes along West and Harrington Streets. Or not so much as the construction has temporarily disabled the bike lanes. Either way, you really can get a feel for how the West/Harrington corridor is for downtown and I’m glad that it’s chock full of downtowners.

My favorite part is when the new, wider sidewalks are put in. Can’t wait for that one here!
