Ralloween!!!
For those that will be out tonight, make sure to visit your local nightlife websites to check out what parties are going on tonight. I’ve never done Halloween in downtown Raleigh on the 31st during the week. I’ll most likely be out tonight to see what the scene is like.

Downtown Walking Tour (Part 4)
