The green parking signs are being replaced with blue signs indicating that this area is paid parking. I wonder if this was intentional to match the blue wayfinding signs.

Ever tried to use the parking meters in downtown Raleigh for handicap access? Can take twenty minutes to complete a single transaction as the meter drops the transaction midway 10-20 times in a row; some kiosks are impossible, and some are better than others. Remarkably non-ADA compliant. Half the screens are not backlit, or I suppose the screens are burnt out? Can any of this be fixed?
I have not, because I am not handicapped, and so that would be weird.
