Still empty today, the site at the southeast corner of Martin and Dawson Streets has shifted plans yet again. A few years back there was talk of a 37-story apartment tower, but now it looks like condos may be headed for this prime spot instead. One Nash Square will brings 82 condos to downtown Raleigh’s Warehouse District at this site. With potential views overlooking Nash Square, it’s easy to imagine this catching the eye of buyers.

82 homes will be included in this tower, ranging from one to four bedrooms. There are also plans for ground-floor retail spaces, which should be welcoming given it’s location across from Nash Square. What a missed opportunity to not have that, if I’m being honest, as downtown should really strive for activated spaces across Nash and Moore Square.

Right now, I’m seeing that the building plans to be 20-stories with a parking deck. There will also be some of the higher end amenities like a swimming pool and fitness center. Fingers crossed for this one.
