The end is near for drivers going to and from Seaboard Station. The businesses have certainly heard all the complains but I see that the Hyatt House hotel is taking reservations for October of this year. I’m hoping that means that the sidewalks will be open and the streets wide open when the temperatures start to cool later this year.

Seaboard Station decided to create it’s own market with a couple hundred apartments right on the property. The Signal opened last year and alongside the previously mentioned hotel is The Point and The Miles, all planning to open sometime this Summer or Fall.

After that it’s time to fill in all that retail space.
