Photo of the construction of Highline Glenwood, March 2026

The first floor of Highline Glenwood, soon to be the Glenwood South district’s tallest building, is being poured right now. Crews have taken over North Street as equipment and materials come in and out of the construction site. I imagine the process will look repetitive as the concrete-pouring, metal arm thing fills in each floor and up we go to floor 37.

Highline Glenwood is all residential with 306 homes and a variety of amenities. It’s part of a bigger project, The Creamery, which plans to reimagine this entire block. Parking and office space is coming while the actual historic Creamery building is preserved. What’s most exciting could be the new alley that will run in between the new and existing structures. The site plan, see below, shows it all with added retail spaces and outdoor plazas.

Keep those residents coming!
