New windows have been installed and lots of dirt is being moved around this outpost of a building across from (or part of?) Seaboard Station. Located at the corner of Franklin and Halifax Streets, a future location of The Common Market is planned here with an opening date sometime in 2026. You can check them out here.

One of the shops within the market is a Durham pizza favorite in Pizzeria Toro. This would make the market’s third location after Charlotte and Durham. Seaboard Station is really adding a lot lately and this one is definitely one of this blogger’s more highly anticipated openings. It’s going to be to a pretty good year!
