The North Carolina History Museum is really moving and the exterior facade facing Bicentennial Plaza is being stripped away. There were some photos shared on their Facebook page that showed more demo work taking place inside. It’s looking a little empty inside now before some of the big changes start to take place.
This is looking like a three-year-long project so there will be many updates to come. In fact, they do want to remind you that the museum’s store is still open over on Glenwood. If you’re nearby, make sure to stop in and check it out.
