Raleigh City Hall has been getting dressed up over the past few months and the construction crews have almost reached the top. All-glass buildings seem to be the norm for the newest office towers in downtown Raleigh so I tend to think that the look here is a nice change of pace.
The building should be completed in 2026 which could mean public meetings start taking place in the new digs. With this office consolidation, it also means lots of other spaces that the city is renting will become vacant. Hopefully, this allows more workers to be downtown adding a little more to the current 9-to-5 vibrancy.
