1. Is there a coffee shop, deli or any retail/restaurant in this building on ground level (and I am aware there is the Daily Planet Cafe next door)?

  2. There will be a SECU branch office and ATM’s I believe. So while technically not “retail” there will certainly be ground level activity so to speak.

  3. Anybody know what the status for the parking lot property across the street from Cambell Law Scool (where the 35 story high rise was to be built)? The city should send out an RFP (or is that privately owned)?

  4. The Reynolds’ sold it back to the city. I don’t think the city is trying to move any of its properties, of which it owns many, other than the Hotel spot on Salisbury.
