Sushi O Now Open In Glenwood South

Sushi O is now open in the 222 Glenwood building in the Glenwood South district. Sono, on Fayetteville Street, is my go to spot for sushi but as always I have to try the new places that come to downtown so I plan to visit sometime soon. The Vietnamese lunch specials are intriguing also.

  1. I had no idea this was coming to Raleigh, can’t wait to try it out! looks like Sushi Blues is going to have some competition.

  2. Looks like they are going to have 1/2 price sushi from 4-6:30 every night. Which will be nice. Hopefully this will help competition in the area and lead to cheaper sushi downtown in the long run.

  3. I’m looking forward to trying this place out. I actually am not a fan of BOGO and 1/2 price deals. I always thought of cheap sushi as sushi that uses cheap ingredients. I can’t recall ever enjoying a good nigiri or sashimi at a bogo place. I’m all for great deals but I prefer to have the option to dine at a quality sushi bar as well. I just hope this place is better than sushi blues accross the street.
