It’s not just you. There’s some dude that feeds them, so they’re always hanging out there.

The store owner(s) there throw out several handfuls of bird feed each morning.

That’s odd. Feeding birds at your house is one thing, but wanting a flock of birds outside of your store doesn’t seem desirable.

There use to be birds by the courthouse all the time.
