Kim Reynolds said she hopes to open a small cafe and market there to help serve the students of the new Campbell law school opening this year down the street.

I wish Kim and her family best of luck. They have done a good job with their Second Empire venue(s) and I am sure they will offer something nice with the new cafe/market.
