Tucked just off to the side, but not hidden away, is the newest apartment building to downtown Raleigh. Mira Raleigh brings around 280 homes to Kindley Street. Not familiar with Kindley Street? That’s because it’s basically a dead-end street off Salisbury Street. More plans for the area are in the works which could see this spot have even more development in the future.
Speaking of Kindley, I keep seeing possible plans to bring this street down to Western Boulevard. This was discussed in this January 2023 post so we’ll see if that ever happens. Nearby, there’s plenty of land for more development from these owners as well as the nearby Salisbury Square.
