Heritage Park looks pretty desolate these days. That’s because the demolition of the existing houses looks to be complete. All that’s left are the concrete pads that once held up the houses built in the 1970s. I imagine more land clearing is coming up as the future development phases begin construction.
The redevelopment of Heritage Park is a big, lengthy project. If you need to catch up on it, I have a blog post here with a nice introduction and background of the project. The first phase will only take place on a portion of the property while future phases are being planned. Until then, we’ll keep an eye on it and post updates once construction begins.
