Have you driven up South Saunders Street lately? The apartments along the eastern side are really coming together and this angle, shown above, looks to be the signature view of the development.
The Row is the name of phase 1 that you can see today. The Row plans to open later this year for new residents and is part of a larger development called Rockway. I imagine Rockway is what most people will be calling it, that sexy sign certainly helps, especially after the place gets a few restaurants up and running.
