Have the fountains been there since the convention center opened or were they recently installed? Where is the 50 foot light tower they were talking about since day one? I cannot believe they could not find a sponsor for the art in front of the center, another exciting piece of downtown Raleigh that NEVER becomes a reality (we must have some awful negotiators running this convention center/city).
