We are planning to put a large restaurant complex on that street corner, which is taking quite a lot of time working out the details with the city(size of sidewalk, impervious square footage, etc) and with the neighbor as they are supposed to provide us with trash removal. If we were just slapping the Carolina Ale House on the roof it would already be there. Trust me it will be worth the wait!
