		<description>Looks like the new facade will be more embracing of pedestrians, as far as I can tell.
However, it looks like they ripped out the street lights directly in front.</description>

		<description>It&#039;d be nice if they could put some kind of retail in downtown, even if it&#039;s a chain.  I was in NYC last week, and granted it&#039;s a bit more established, concentrated, and populated, but its nice when things flow from day to night with steady traffic.  Retail would help downtown with that.</description>
